If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Return Eligibility: All purchases made on our website are considered final. We entertain returns only in cases where the product is found to be defective or damaged, as determined by our quality control team.
Resolution Process: Requests for refunds and exchanges will be addressed on an individual basis by our dedicated customer service team. We strongly recommend that you provide images and videos for reference during this process, as this will assist our team in providing you with the most effective support.
Product Damage: In the event of receiving a broken or damaged product, our exchange policy is applicable for a period of 24 hours from the date of order delivery. Promptly inform our customer service team upon receiving the product should you encounter any issues. Requests submitted beyond the specified time frame will not be accommodated. Additionally, the submission of an unboxing video is required to aid in resolving the issue.
Incomplete Product / Partial Product / Damaged Outer Packing / Wrong Product: For situations involving incomplete or damaged products, partial shipments, damaged outer packaging, or incorrect items, please submit your request within 24 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for resolution. Images and videos of the outer and inner packaging, along with the product from all angles, must be attached to your request to facilitate the issue's resolution. It's important to note that we are unable to assist in cases where the packaging has been discarded.
COD/Prepaid Issues, Payment Issues, Delay in Delivery For concerns related to Cash-on-Delivery (COD) or prepaid payments, payment discrepancies, or delivery delays, please reach out to our customer care team during business hours, which are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on regular business days. We are committed to addressing your concerns promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.
Refund Exchange Process - Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item: we will notify you via email regarding confirmation of your return. Please note that the refund/exchange request will be made within 24 hours of the product's arrival at our warehouse. In the case of COD orders, you are required to share your bank account details with our team at cosmic.aura.crystal@gmail.com for the transfer of the refunded amount. The amount will be reflected in your account within 5-7 business days for both COD & Prepaid orders.
Mode of Refund: The refunds will be done through Gpay / Phone Pay / NEFTS / Bank Transfer / UPI etc.
For Prepaid order cancellations , we will deduct a transaction fee of 80/- and shipping charges and refund the rest of the amount.
For exchange related matter the customer has to pay shipping charge along with difference amount ( if applicable) for the exchanged product (if product choosen by customer is incorrect order / they want another option / size issue / pattern exchange / didn't liked the look or color of product / or want to exchange due to their own free will )
Late or Missing Refunds If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend that you first review your bank account. Refund will be reflected in your bank account within 5-7days. Subsequently, contact your credit/debit card company, as there may be a processing delay before the refund is officially posted. If the issue persists after completing the aforementioned steps, please reach out to your bank. Processing times can vary, and there may be a delay in posting your refund.
